We've created a feedback survey especially for our users/fans. We want to know what you think of HDYO as an organisation and also what you feel HDYO should be doing for young people impacted by HD both in your local region and globally. Please take the (short) time to fill out this anonymous survey and provide your feedback. It would be very much appreciated and it is so important we hear each individual's thoughts and suggestions.
