We are delighted to announce that HDYO is currently recruiting for a brand-new, full-time youth worker in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US. Funding has been secured to create a 3-year project which will see the first ever HD youth worker in the US, helping young people and families in the Mid-Atlantic region (Washington DC, Baltimore and North Virginia).

HDSA

This is a hugely significant step for supporting young people and we are very excited about the prospects. This role is the result of collaboration between HDYO, the Griffin Foundation and HDSA, all working together to ensure the project is as effective as it can be.

Griffin Foundation

HDYO is currently accepting applications, complete with resume and cover letter, from interested individuals until November 1st. Final interviews are expected to take place the week commencing November 11th and we aim to have the youth worker in position by January 2014. Anyone interested in the role should send their resume and cover letter to info@hdyo.org
