Ask a question

A. No, there is no need for anyone to have testing immediately. It is useful though, for members of the family to be offered genetic counselling so that they can access information and support. This also involves discussion of available options, including testing options, if that is something someone is interested in. I’m not sure where you live Julia, but if you (or your parents) would like help accessing a genetics centre, please let us know.
